The healthcare benefits are designed to be flexible and provide you

Tuition Refund Program
Employees will be reimbursed for the cost of any tuition for approved
course of study which increase their competence in their present
job or will prepare them for future related assignments.
Employee Retirement Savings Plan
This plan provides you with an excellent opportunity to save on a
pre-tax basis in order to provide for your future financial needs,
particularly those related to your retirement years. The company
assists you in achieving your savings goal by matching a portion
of your voluntary savings.
Paid
Time Off Benefits
These hours may be used for vacations, other holidays, sick time
or other personal time as desired. After 90 days from your start
date you may begin using your accured time.
Holiday Pay
The company observes six paid national holidays and one bonus day
per year. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day when the office is closed. (In
addition a special bonus of Christmas Eve will be given.) |
