What times are you available for service?
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday
8 am - 4:30 pm. After hours emergency service is available
evenings, weekends and holidays.

What information should I have ready when I call?
1) Give your name, the facility name and location, and the telephone number.
2) The equipment control number, the manufacturer's name, model description
    and serial number.
3) A detailed description of the problem.

What if I am not sure what is required?
We have experienced biomedical equipment technicians
that can help you determine what is required
